Beyond Skincare

I've always believed skin health is influenced by more than what we apply topically.

Stress, sleep, nourishment, hydration and the nervous system all play a role in how skin feels and functions. The connection between the gut and skin is something I've been interested in for many years.

One simple ritual I come back to often is homemade bone broth.

Not as a miracle solution — just as a nourishing, grounding addition to overall wellbeing.

A Simple Bone Broth Recipe

  • Beef bones
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Beef stock (optional)
  • Peppercorns
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh lemon juice

Slow simmered for 12–24 hours.

Simple, warming, mineral-rich nourishment that feels supportive from the inside out.
