One simple ritual I come back to often is homemade bone broth.
Not as a miracle solution — just as a nourishing, grounding addition to overall wellbeing.
A Simple Bone Broth Recipe
- Beef bones
- Garlic
- Onion
- Carrot
- Celery
- Beef stock (optional)
- Peppercorns
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Turmeric
- Cumin
- Apple cider vinegar
- Fresh lemon juice
Slow simmered for 12–24 hours.
Simple, warming, mineral-rich nourishment that feels supportive from the inside out.
