Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping All NUA orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders selected with Express Post are sent using Australia Post's fastest available delivery service and include tracking.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. While many metropolitan and eligible postcode destinations receive delivery within 1–3 business days, regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Tracking Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging Each order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. NUA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or for delays caused by Australia Post. However, we will assist where reasonably possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
