We aim to provide a seamless and reliable experience from checkout to delivery, with every order carefully prepared and packed with care.

Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Where possible, orders are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If your order is affected by a significant unexpected delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping

All NUA orders are shipped from Mandurah, Western Australia via Australia Post.

Standard Delivery — $12.95
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery — $19.95
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery
Available on orders over $250.
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Packaging

Every NUA order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. NUA cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or for delays caused by Australia Post. However, we’ll always do our best to assist where reasonably possible.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
