Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier networks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

NUA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist where reasonably possible.

We are not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only accept returns where a product is:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect
• Not as described

Photographic evidence may be required to assess return requests.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an issue arises.

Refunds

Approved returns must be sent back for assessment.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method if approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Important Information

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required under Australian Consumer Law

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has commenced

• Individual results may vary. We recommend patch testing prior to use. We are not responsible for adverse reactions where products have been used contrary to guidance

Your Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
