Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

NUA Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or events outside of our control.

Products are shipped via third-party carriers. While we take care in dispatching orders, responsibility for delivery services rests with the carrier. Nothing in this clause excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Use of Products

NUA products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

Skin is inherently individual, and responses to skincare may vary. We recommend performing a patch test prior to first use, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

NUA products, and the information provided on this website, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and should not be considered medical or dermatological advice.

If you have a pre-existing skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUA Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, NUA Beauty’s liability is limited, at its discretion, to:

• the replacement of the goods;

• the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.
